Pixora License Terms

What you can never do

No license — Standard, Extended, or Premium — permits the following:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the media file itself as a standalone asset
• Use media in a way that depicts identifiable people or brands as endorsing your product
• Use media in pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful contexts
• Use media in trademarks, logos, or brand identities
• Claim ownership of the media or make it available for download on stock or wallpaper sites

Commercial vs. editorial use

Unless an image is explicitly marked editorial, all Pixora media may be used commercially under the license you purchase. Editorial-only media may be used solely to illustrate truthful, newsworthy or public-interest topics (e.g. news articles and blogs) and may not be used in ads, merchandise, or any commercial endorsement. Editorial use is also permitted under Standard, Extended, and Premium licenses.

Model and property release

Commercial-usage images with recognizable people or property are released for commercial use. Where an image does not carry a release, it is sold for editorial use only and marked accordingly. You are responsible for using media in a manner consistent with its release status.

Invoicing and refunds

A receipted invoice is available for every completed order from your Downloads page. As digital, instantly delivered goods, license sales are final unless required otherwise by law. If a file is corrupt or not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
