Pixora Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use the Service.
• You may delete your account at any time from your Account page. Some records (such as paid license history) may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

2. Buying and Licensing Media

• When you purchase a license, you acquire the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the media as described in our License Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms.
• All sales of licenses are final once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the media file itself as a standalone asset.
• Prices, plans, and included download allowances are shown at checkout and on our Pricing page; we may change them prospectively with notice where required.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription plans (such as Pixora Pro) renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan benefits until then.
• Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Failed payments may cause your subscription to be suspended until payment is completed.

4. Contributing Content

• By uploading media, you confirm you own or control all rights to the content, including any identifiable people or property depicted, and that it does not infringe any law or third-party right.
• Contributors earn the percentage share shown for each license (currently 70% of the sale price by default), paid out according to our payout process.
• Uploaded content is reviewed before it becomes available. We may reject or remove content that fails quality review, violates these Terms, or receives a valid infringement complaint.
• You keep ownership of your work; you grant Pixora a license to market, license, and deliver it to buyers on your behalf.
• Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings, and we may report them as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use media in unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, or misleading contexts;
• Use media in a way that implies endorsement by depicted people or brands;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Service, or circumvent license or access controls;
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access;
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content you do not have the rights to.

6. Intellectual Property and Complaints

Pixora, the Pixora logo, and the design of the Service are protected by intellectual property laws. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us with a description of the work, the infringing item, and your contact information; we will review and remove infringing content where the claim is valid.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Contributors remain responsible for their content, and Pixora does not guarantee that any particular image will remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixora's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or create legal risk for us or others. Licenses you legally purchased before termination remain governed by the License Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
